Could not compile stylesheet for flatt. Using last compiled stylesheet.

Can you please confirm that the next PSP review course is Monday 7th Sept 2015?
The 2015 course schedule show that there is a course starting on the 07Sep15 this but there is no indication when I go to paypal of the start date for the course I will be paying for? Also the course catalogue page seems to indicate that the course which started on the 27. May 2015 is the only course available.
