At Protrain, we are committed to complete customer satisfaction. If, for any reason a customer is not satisfied, he/she may seek course payment refund. All the refund shall be governed by our 'Refund Policy' mentioned below.

  • All the refund requests must be made within Fifteen (15) days from the day of purchase of the course. No refund request shall be acceptable after the Fifteenth (15th) day.
  • No certificate shall be issued to those who seek and subsequently obtain refund.
  • Refund of money in your account may take up to Twenty One (21) days after the refund request is made.
  • After Fifteen (15) days of the purchase of the course, in the unlikely situation of having difficulties to access the course content due to technical reasons solely attributed to us (viz. Failure of our server etc.), such matter shall be dealt by the 'Item 6' of 'Terms of Use' policy.
  • As per, our refund policy, you may seek refund under two categories as mentioned below: 

 1. Type 1: "No question asked"
If, for any reason you do not want to pursue the course any further, you may seek a refund of 80% of the course payment. We shall process your refund, and no question shall be asked.

2. Type 2: "Unsatisfied Customers"
If you are not satisfied with our courses you may seek 100% of course payment refund. However, in this scenario you must give us proper feedback on the reason for unsubscribing the course. Under Type 2, in order to avoid misuse of our refund policy we critically review customer grievances and do our best to resolve them. Type 2: "Unsatisfied Customers" refunds are only granted, in the event of our failure to resolve the issues attributed to us.

In the event, when we are not satisfied with the reason you have mention for your dissatisfaction, and if we are of the opinion that the cause of your dissatisfaction is not attributed to us, we shall only refund you 80% of course payment as per Type 1: "No question asked" category.

Following are unacceptable circumstances for making refund under Type 2: "Unsatisfied Customers".

A. You have slow internet connection and you are not able to watch lectures.

B. You are not able to play video in your computer.

  • We have already posted several demos and free videos. Please view the videos in your system and satisfy yourself before buying the course subscription. System requirements to access Protrain contents are given on 'Help' pages. While we shall provide possible technical support to help you fix bug in your system, in no circumstances Type 2: "Unsatisfied Customers" refund shall be made for such reasons.
